Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their designated destinations in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle interior at all times.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws, speed limits, and safety regulations without exception.
- Utilize the mobile application to accept ride requests, navigate routes, and track earnings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and submit required vehicle documentation accurately.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and passengers regarding pickup and drop-off details.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record with no major violations.
- Minimum age of 21 years old (as required by California regulations).
- Access to a 4-door, suitable vehicle (sedan, SUV, or similar) with current registration and insurance.
- Reliable smartphone with high-speed internet access and data plan.
- Proof of auto insurance coverage meeting or exceeding state minimum requirements.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and motor vehicle record review.
