Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation to passengers using the mobile app.
- Navigate efficiently through Oakland and surrounding areas to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Collect payments securely through the app and maintain accurate trip records.
- Keep your vehicle clean, sanitized, and well-maintained for a premium passenger experience.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist passengers with luggage and provide excellent customer service during every ride.
- Respond to ride requests promptly to maximize earning potential.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Current auto insurance and registration.
- Ownership of a reliable 4-door vehicle (sedan, SUV, or minivan) that is no older than 15 years.
- A valid, working smartphone (Android or iOS) to use the driver app.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle records check.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
