Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers throughout Jersey City and surrounding areas using GPS navigation
- Maintain a 4.8+ driver rating through exceptional customer service
- Complete 40+ weekly trips during peak hours (6-10 AM, 4-8 PM)
- Document trip details and income through our mobile platform
- Conduct vehicle safety checks before each shift
- Respond to rider requests within 3 minutes during active hours
- Optimize routes to maximize earnings and minimize wait times
Qualifications
- Valid NJ driver's license with 3+ years clean driving record
- 2010 or newer 4-door vehicle in excellent condition
- Smartphone with iOS 14+ or Android 8+ and reliable data plan
- Ability to work 40+ hours weekly including weekends
- Strong knowledge of Jersey City streets and landmarks
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
