Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation services to passengers throughout Chula Vista and surrounding areas
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets all safety and appearance standards
- Utilize our proprietary driver app to efficiently accept rides, navigate routes, and track earnings
- Deliver exceptional customer service through positive interactions and personalized experiences
- Complete thorough pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and rideshare platform requirements
- Optimize earnings by strategically positioning during peak demand hours
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Must own a 4-door vehicle model 2010 or newer with 4 doors and working AC
- Smartphone proficiency with ability to use navigation and ride-hailing apps
- Proof of vehicle insurance meeting California state requirements
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong customer service skills with friendly, professional demeanor
- Must be available to work 30+ hours weekly with flexible scheduling
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle troubleshooting
