Responsibilities
- Safely transport riders to destinations using the RideConnect app while maintaining professional standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and route optimization
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness at all times
- Complete daily performance tracking and maintain high acceptance rates
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Identify and report maintenance issues promptly

Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Smartphone with reliable data connection and GPS navigation
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
