Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers using personal vehicles in compliance with NJ DMV regulations
- Maintain a 4.8+ rating through exceptional customer service and vehicle cleanliness
- Optimize earnings through strategic routing during peak hours and high-demand zones
- Complete thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance documentation
- Utilize CityRide's app for real-time navigation, trip acceptance, and earnings tracking
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and local traffic ordinances
Qualifications
- Valid NJ driver's license with clean 3-year driving record
- Relatively new model vehicle (2015 or newer) with 4 doors and commercial insurance
- Smartphone proficiency with navigation apps and willingness to use CityRide's platform
- Ability to work 35-45 hours weekly with availability during morning/evening rush hours
- Strong communication skills and commitment to passenger safety
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle troubleshooting
