Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers throughout Omaha and surrounding areas using GPS navigation
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicles that exceed passenger expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and assistance
- Complete trips efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and accidents promptly
- Track earnings through our digital platform and optimize routes for maximum efficiency
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with minimum 3 years of clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle in excellent condition (2010 or newer, 4-door preferred)
- Smartphone with latest version of our driver app
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Omaha metro streets and landmarks
- Exceptional time management and customer service skills
- Must be at least 21 years old with proof of auto insurance
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
