Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations in Irvine and surrounding areas
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle meeting all safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and professional conduct
- Optimize routes using FlexiDrive's navigation system for efficient pickups and drop-offs
- Complete all trips accurately through the mobile application
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle performance regularly
- Adhere to all local traffic regulations and FlexiDrive's operational policies
- Participate in promotional events during high-demand periods
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 21 years of age with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Access to a 4-door vehicle model 2015 or newer in excellent condition
- Smartphone with reliable data plan and ability to use mobile applications
- Excellent knowledge of Irvine roadways and surrounding communities
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass comprehensive background and vehicle inspection checks
