Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to destinations within St. Petersburg metropolitan area
- Maintain spotless vehicle appearance and optimal mechanical condition
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Utilize app features to maximize trip efficiency and earnings
- Adhere to all traffic laws and CityRide safety protocols
- Submit accurate trip documentation and vehicle maintenance reports
- Participate in ongoing training programs for service excellence
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable 2010+ vehicle (4-door, sedan/SUV) with commercial insurance
- Smartphone proficiency with CityRide app navigation
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic smartphone troubleshooting capabilities
- St. Petersburg area residency preferred
- Background check clearance required
