Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation services to riders throughout Oakland and surrounding areas
- Maintain a 4.8+ star rating through exceptional customer service and vehicle cleanliness
- Optimize routes using real-time traffic data to maximize efficiency and rider satisfaction
- Complete thorough pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain compliance with all safety regulations
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate vehicle servicing promptly
- Document all trips accurately within the driver application system
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience
- Smartphone proficiency with navigation apps and rideshare platforms
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (2015 or newer) in excellent condition
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection requirements
- Strong knowledge of Oakland geography and Bay Area traffic patterns
