Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable transportation to Cincinnati residents and visitors using the CitiRide platform
- Maintain exceptional vehicle cleanliness and professional appearance at all times
- Optimize routes using real-time traffic data to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
- Deliver outstanding customer service through courteous communication and problem resolution
- Complete mandatory vehicle inspections and maintenance checks weekly
- Adhere strictly to CitiRide's safety protocols and local traffic regulations
- Report ride incidents and feedback through the driver portal for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with minimum 2 years of clean driving record
- Smartphone proficiency with reliable data plan for app operation
- Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Reliable vehicle (2010 or newer) in excellent condition with 4 doors
- Strong knowledge of Cincinnati metropolitan area and surrounding regions
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
