Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to and from requested destinations while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Maintain a clean, professional vehicle appearance at all times with regular interior/exterior cleaning
- Provide exceptional customer service through polite communication, route efficiency, and assistance with luggage/special needs
- Monitor app for ride requests, accept trips promptly, and optimize routes for minimal passenger wait times
- Complete detailed trip documentation and incident reports as required by company policy
- Participate in peak-hour incentive programs and promotional events to maximize earnings
- Stay updated on local traffic patterns, construction zones, and popular destinations in Virginia Beach
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Reliable vehicle model 2010 or newer with 4 doors and valid registration/insurance
- Smartphone proficiency with ability to use ride-sharing apps and navigation tools
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to provide outstanding customer experiences
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening as per company requirements
- Strong time management skills with ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
