Responsibilities
- Transport passengers safely and efficiently to their destinations in San Jose and surrounding areas.
- Utilize the mobile driver application to accept ride requests, navigate routes, and manage payments.
- Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness and professional appearance at all times.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and local ordinances.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist passengers with luggage or special needs when necessary.
- Complete regular vehicle inspections and submit required documentation on schedule.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams regarding route changes or issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License issued in the United States.
- Clean driving record with no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.).
- Minimum age of 21 years old.
- Access to a reliable, insured 4-door vehicle (sedan or SUV).
- Ownership of a smartphone compatible with our driver app.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong navigation skills and ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
