Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations using personal vehicle
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and vehicle interior
- Utilize CityRide app to efficiently manage rides and maximize earnings
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, courteous interactions
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and CityRide safety protocols
- Report maintenance issues and ensure vehicle insurance compliance
- Complete thorough pre/post-trip inspections
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience
- Smartphone with reliable data plan
- Personal vehicle (2010 or newer, 4-door preferred)
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of St. Petersburg area
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
