Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food items within Cincinnati metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS to ensure timely arrivals
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time updates
- Assist with warehouse inventory when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Smartphone proficiency for route navigation and apps
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle troubleshooting
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery experience preferred but not required
