Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy machinery for material transport
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Manage accurate delivery documentation and route optimization
- Maintain clean vehicles and secure loading/unloading procedures
- Collaborate with site supervisors for timely project completion
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial dump truck experience
- Ability to operate heavy machinery (e.g., end dumps, transfer trailers)
- Strong knowledge of Jacksonville metro area routes
- Physical ability to handle outdoor conditions and manual tasks
- DOT medical certification and background clearance
