Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and bulk goods
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each transport
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timelines
- Basic equipment maintenance including fluid checks and minor repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service at job sites and client locations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating dump trucks
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with Greensboro area and surrounding counties
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting common issues
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
