Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and aggregates to job sites
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and route optimization
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for timely deliveries and schedule adjustments
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork for clients
- Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and report mechanical issues
- Support site loading/unloading operations using appropriate equipment
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years dump truck or heavy equipment operation experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
- Proficient in GPS navigation and electronic logging systems
- Strong knowledge of Memphis metro area and surrounding regions
- Physical capability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions
