Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction debris, aggregates, and landscaping materials
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and report maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each haul
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatchers for efficient route planning and timely deliveries
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at construction sites and recycling facilities
- Conduct minor equipment troubleshooting and basic field repairs
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brake endorsement
- Minimum 2 years of dump truck or heavy equipment operation experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Boston-area roadways and traffic patterns
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
