Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food items to customers across Omaha using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and handle delivery inquiries professionally
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols while on duty
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and resolve delivery challenges
- Support warehouse operations when not on delivery route (loading/unloading, inventory checks)
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience or equivalent training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong navigation skills with familiarity with Omaha metro area
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for delivery tracking apps
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening (required)
- Must be at least 21 years old
