Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and documents to residential/commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and digital tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation software
- Handle fragile and time-sensitive shipments with care
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shifts
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer communication abilities
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle troubleshooting
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
