Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles to transport packages and goods safely and efficiently across designated Dallas routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation while adhering to DOT regulations and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service through professional interactions and on-time deliveries
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize routes and resolve delivery challenges
- Secure packages and ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive or fragile items
- Represent SwiftMove Logistics with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent; CDL license preferred but not required
- Minimum 1 year experience in delivery, logistics, or commercial driving
- Strong knowledge of Dallas metro area and surrounding regions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation and delivery updates
