Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Tucson
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures for high-value items
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to minimize delivery times and fuel consumption
- Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions and resolve delivery issues
- Collaborate with dispatch team to update delivery status and communicate delays
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic delivery software
- Strong time management skills and punctuality with strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and friendly, professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation to/from start location (company vehicle provided during shifts)
