Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to residential and commercial locations.
- Load and unload packages with attention to detail to ensure no damage occurs.
- Verify addresses and ensure packages are delivered to the correct recipient.
- Collect payment or obtain digital signatures as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate any delivery issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and delivery apps.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reside within or willing to commute to the San Jose, CA area.
