Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail goods to customers throughout San Francisco
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicles and perform routine safety checks
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries and fuel efficiency
- Accurately manage delivery documentation and payment processing
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations within 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco streets, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns
