Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food packages, groceries, and retail items to customers within designated SF neighborhoods
- Maintain exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and safety protocols
- Manage delivery route optimization using GPS technology
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness and functionality
- Process cashless payments and handle customer transactions
- Report delivery issues and customer feedback promptly
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco streets and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
