Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and goods to residential and commercial locations across San Diego
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve any delivery-related inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness/maintenance of delivery vehicle
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet tight delivery windows
- Collaborate with dispatch team to communicate delivery status and address route challenges
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of San Diego streets, highways, and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently while following company protocols
- Must pass background check and drug screening
