Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, meals, or goods to customers within Philadelphia city limits
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using our mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery issues
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Collaborate with dispatch team to coordinate pickups and deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of Philadelphia neighborhoods preferred
