Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across NYC
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our mobile tracking system
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries and fuel efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class E driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to navigate NYC streets efficiently using GPS technology
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
