Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of parcels and freight to residential and commercial customers.
- Professional loading and unloading of cargo using dollies and proper lifting techniques.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked delivery vehicle.
- Verifying delivery addresses and obtaining digital signatures upon completion.
- Adhering strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License (or Commercial Driver's License) with a clean driving record.
- Proof of current auto insurance coverage.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
