Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial addresses within Memphis metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records using mobile scanning technology
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Memphis street systems and GPS navigation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy for using delivery apps and reporting systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
