Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages within Memphis metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer signatures
- Inspect vehicles daily for safety compliance
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at warehouse
- Report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Memphis streets and neighborhoods
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
