Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles while adhering to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Efficiently manage daily delivery routes using GPS navigation and route optimization tools
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely communication and package handling
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using our digital tracking system
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and ensure on-time performance
- Represent our brand professionally through appearance and courteous interactions
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A/B) or clean Class C license with 2+ years driving experience
- Excellent driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills for route efficiency
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication apps
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
- Reliable transportation to and from distribution center
