Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods throughout Fresno County
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to meet delivery timelines
- Verify package details and obtain proper signatures upon delivery
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness/maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Document delivery status and report any incidents or delays promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Fresno streets and surrounding areas
- Experience with delivery apps or fleet management systems preferred
