Responsibilities
- Transport goods safely and timely to designated locations within the Omaha metro area and surrounding regions.
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery vehicles using hand trucks, dollies, and lifting equipment.
- Verify delivery contents against invoices and obtain electronic or written signatures for receipt.
- Maintain a clean and safe driving record at all times, adhering to all traffic laws.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at every stop.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues or damages immediately.
- Update delivery status in the company tracking system accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly and comfortably.
- Strong sense of time management, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic knowledge of local Omaha and Nebraska geography.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
