Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Cleveland
- Verify order accuracy and maintain organized delivery documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries and minimize fuel consumption
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to a vehicle meeting insurance requirements
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland streets and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
