Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods and packages to designated locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Load/unload inventory efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Navigate optimal routes using GPS systems to meet delivery deadlines
- Collaborate with warehouse team to organize and prioritize shipments
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Cleveland area roadways and traffic patterns
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
