Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and parcels to residential and commercial destinations on time.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring all items are handled with care and protected from damage.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Accurately manage delivery logs, digital proof of delivery, and customer signatures.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation and map reading software.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
