Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations throughout Austin
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and address client inquiries
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet strict time windows
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and update delivery status
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in delivery or logistics
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Austin geography and navigation systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
