Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or retail items to customers within designated Austin routes
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Accurately document deliveries and handle cashless transactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Austin geography and navigation apps
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
