Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to designated residential and commercial delivery locations.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently and adhere to weight limits.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Follow designated delivery routes and time schedules to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks before and after routes.
- Accurately handle documentation, including delivery receipts and paperwork.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or serious violations).
- Proof of current auto insurance and a reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic navigation skills and ability to use handheld delivery devices.
