Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food orders across San Francisco using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS tracking for real-time route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and address resolution
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and time management
- Support warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and delivery management systems
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills in urban environments
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
- Fluent English communication skills with basic smartphone literacy
