Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, retail, or packages to customers within Tampa metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle cashless payments via our app
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at drop-off points
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist with warehouse duties when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or willingness to use company fleet
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Tampa roads and neighborhoods
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
