Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, documents, and time-sensitive materials throughout Boston and surrounding areas
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proper signatures
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure safe operating conditions
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Boston streets and metropolitan area
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening
