Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport packages and goods to designated locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each route
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route changes or delays
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures at warehouse and delivery sites
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and route navigation
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
