Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods on scheduled routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers regarding delivery status
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and proper package handling
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Resolve delivery discrepancies with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience with route navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze)
- Basic computer literacy for digital manifest systems
- Excellent customer service communication skills
- Ability to work independently in all weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
