Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across Indianapolis
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely service
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven delivery or commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic GPS navigation proficiency
