Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport packages and goods throughout Orleans Parish
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and address client inquiries
- Perform pre-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance to ensure roadworthiness
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of New Orleans streets and metro area geography
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
