Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial destinations throughout San Diego.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while adhering to company uniform standards.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling questions and complaints with a positive attitude.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Ensure all delivery logs, receipts, and digital paperwork are accurately completed.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are secured properly to prevent damage.
- Navigate complex routes using GPS systems and local knowledge to meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License required; a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 5 years) is mandatory.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Proficient with smartphone technology for navigation and delivery app usage.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic knowledge of the San Diego area geography is highly preferred.
