Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures for all shipments
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Load and unload packages with proper handling techniques
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio area and surrounding communities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication
